If I could give this 0 stars I could. This facility is nothing but drama, negligence, and favoritism. If you’re not a yt woman that’s been there for years, be prepared to get screwed over multiple times. There are many conflicts of interest , relatives in higher positions working closely with staff. Very horrible management they lie about what they say are it's more like a nursing home. The food is very bad almost like jail food. I would not recommend this place for your loved ones do not believe anything they say. This is not assisted living we had to move our grandmother out of there and she couldn't wait. RAs are over worked understaffed all the time.
Working here was absolute hell. It was not an assisted living facility at all. It was a full blown nursing home, way too many high care level patients and never enough staff.
This facility cared for my mother for 10+ years. The staff are kind and empathetic to both residents and their families. I would not hesitate to recommend Mendelson Assisted Living for anyone’s loved one.
