BEWARE! J**** Mendell installed a shingle roof giving a 10 year workmanship warranty in March 1, 2016 for a cost of $8,800. 7 years later in July 2023 I put the property up for sale. Buyers Inspector discovered there was no underlayment installed on the roof and I had active roof leaks, J**** Mendell was contacted in writing requesting a workmanship warranty claim, no response, 2 weeks later I had to Hire another roofer, ******** ** *******, to access the leaks. Jamie and his team did a fantastic job on my new roof. He and the crew are very professional. The roof looks great and workmanship is top notch. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend Jamie.
Jamie is absolutely a top notch guy!! Straight forward and honest and does not sugar coat anything. The craftsmanship is A++, I would ask him about certain colors and he absolutely matched our colors perfectly! Highly recommend Mendell Roofing. Him and his crew did a complete tear off and there was no mess when his crew left and the crew took great care around the house to prevent any damages to outside decor or plants.
