Mend is a gem of a bike shop, James and his staff are first class all the way. They know their retail products and are incredible mechanics for cyclists of all kinds. I’ve seen kids coming in for their first bikes, seasoned Seattle commuters, and elite racers all in the shop at the same time and all get superb customer service.
Friendly staff, who helped me out with some screws I needed. I'll definitely come back!
