This local shop has a real heart beat. Their staff are very warm and welcoming. I was put at ease with an upfront estimate for their services, which appears fair and reasonable.
Awesome customer service. Top notch vibes. Really happy we found this place. Took my kid's bike tires to be replaced, they did it in about 10 mins. Kid rode that night, tube popped, took it in a couple days later, and on the chance they might have punctured the tube when swapping tires, they repaired for free. Super impressed with the professionalism and friendliness.
I purchased a new bike from Mend and the folks running the shop went above and beyond to get the bike built for me quickly - I really appreciated that they were willing to stay late to install bike racks for me. I would recommend Mend for anyone looking to buy a new bike!
