Stopped by for some parts and I was genuinely surprised with the selection and availability since I am used to shopping at the larger shops. The friendly and knowledgeable staff had me in and out in no time. I will likely continue going here as they are my local shop.

Brought my bike in to get the wheels looked at and front tire changed. I was charged $300 for new tires and "comprehensive maintenance" of the bike. More than I paid for the bike. It came back with the back wheel slanted at an angle touching the frame, and front & back brakes touching the wheels. Came back and an employee looked at it for a minute and moved the breaks.
