Walked in here on Friday about 4:30pm. Wanted to inquire about ordering a bike. Four employees working and not one acknowledged my presence in the store. Browsed for about 5 minutes, stood at the counter. No acknowledgment. Not even a greeting. All four employees just continued talking to each other. It’s clear they had no interest in making a bike sale.
Great, quick service at a fair price. Also bought a Surly here about a year ago. No pressure from sales and they had some perks for a free adjustment within a certain timeframe. Really apppreciate this gem!
Highly recommend this LBS. Got a new bike here, whole process was very streamlined and smooth with minimal hiccups. Despite supply chain shortages (out of bike shop's control), I was very satisfied with the whole experience and picked up the new build to my satisfaction. Thanks for everything!

Mend went above and beyond for my family. Besides replacing the defective break on our electric cargo bike, Mend negotiated with the bike vendor directly to secure a replacement part and got the vendor to cover all the costs, including labor. It was a complex, lengthy repair, and Mend kept me up to date by text (thank you, Emily!) which was very convenient. I highly recommend Mend and they have certainly earned my business going forward. THANK YOU!
