Had the platonic ideal service today. They did a quick fix on my fender to get me back riding and placed the order for a replacement at the same time. Love going here for things.
I bought a used bike ($400) from Mend a few days ago. The left shifter wasn’t working too great and I realized that the bike wasn’t what I needed, so I went back to return it. The owner charged me a complete tune up (around $150), which I would understand if I had ridden the bike more or had damaged the bike in any way.
