Had appointment for 3:30. Showed up at 3:37 and they said they took someone else and because we were late we had to come back. No phone call to give us a warning and we drove 30 minutes for this. They called the owner to translate and the first thing the owner said is you were late. What they failed to mention is that they lied. When I called in the morning to make the reservation for 2:00pm they said we are very busy and you need to come later so I said how about 3:30pm and they said yes. Horrible customer service!! Save your time somewhere and go somewhere else !!! They were so rude and made me wait 1 hour even though I had an appointment!! When other people kept going before me . The receptionist kept rolling her eyes at us and whispered under her breath!!! I legit asked for a manager and they stated manager was on lunch break . So unprofessional!!!!
