Oleg the owner did a wonderful job. It was done quick at a competitive price. He installed a new bathroom fan. He could not find the exact size but he went out of his way to find one that could be used and guaranteed the look before it was installed. I could not be happier. I will use him again.
Oleg repaired rotted wood surrounding the outdoor perimeter of my decking. The decking forms a lanai with outer cage attached, so it was a very delicate repair, as the cage structure is secure and in good condition. Decking was pushing outward due to the rot, and I was afraid the entire lanai would fall in a wind storm, as the cage structure was certainly being compromised. Quality of his work was excellent.
