At Mend we provide a new form of Health Training, combining individualised and progressive training programs with Specialised Health Classes. We also offer Physiotherapy, Clinical Reformer Pilates, Exercise Physiology, and Dietetics. At Mend we believe that life is beautiful and should be lived and enjoyed to its fullest. Our mission is to give people a better quality of life to do the things they are passionate about and to be with the people they love. We aim to Mend, from the inside out.

I have been coming here for Pilates for years and treatment for Physio for my back . John is the best physiotherapist u can ever come across he is full of knowledge and experience. And I walk away feeling 50% better and he gives me exercises which really helps my back pain . Also the Pilates classes and pump classes are awesome everyone should try them .
