Saw Arielle Shaffer…she fixed me! 1hr massage and she was able to identify and resolve an issue that I have been battling for years…definitely a new must when I’m in Boise

Amazing Massage by Ariel today!!! she actually took the time before I got there to read everything I wrote down on the intake and understand what I was going through and make suggestions for appropriate treatment that was amazing!
came to mend , arielle was my massage therapist never had a massage before , i have ptsd and am for the most part closed off but a co'worker recommended to go here i have had very bad back and cranial pain from some injury's in my past , the pain i was feeling when i drove over in compared to my drive home , i could breathe for once was able to sleep a full night without waking up in pain
