Amazing Massage by Ariel today!!! she actually took the time before I got there to read everything I wrote down on the intake and understand what I was going through and make suggestions for appropriate treatment that was amazing!
came to mend , arielle was my massage therapist never had a massage before , i have ptsd and am for the most part closed off but a co'worker recommended to go here i have had very bad back and cranial pain from some injury's in my past , the pain i was feeling when i drove over in compared to my drive home , i could breathe for once was able to sleep a full night without waking up in pain
Arielle was a skilled massage therapist. Before my appointment, I had a lot of tension in my neck and was starting to get a migraine. By the end of the appointment, the tension in my neck and the migraine was gone! I highly recommend Arielle at Mend Bodywork!
