Luke was great to work with. He showed up the same day we called, was professional, and very thorough in diagnosing and fixing our A/C. He explained everything clearly and was respectful in our home. It was clear he has strong moral standards, which gave me confidence in him and his work. He also followed up afterward to make sure everything was working right, which we really appreciated. While looking for a thermostat I at a local home improvement store, when just by chance I happened to meet a family member of Luke's who gave me his information. After two weeks of trial and error I finally broke down and texted Luke. This was on a Thursday midday asking for help not knowing when I would get my system up and running again.
