Menchu's Construction did an excellent job on the repairs and updates for my Los Angeles rental property. I do not live locally, so I needed someone who I could count on to coordinate and manage the entire process. Leo and I had good communications and the work was completed quickly. We have known Leo for over 20 years! Every job he has done or supervised has been an excellent experience! He has the skills and knowledge about everything from minor repairs to carpentry, plumbing, electricity, roofing, concrete removal and replacement... Our experience with Menchu Construction was 2 years ago but when Leo asked if I could write a review for him now, I did not hesitate! In 2023, Menchu Construction completed a number of renovations for our house. (I have included some before and after photos.)
