Everyone is so nice everytime I come in! Especially the young woman named Madison! She is so kind and always helpful to any questions about the yogurts & she helped me a lot with the new rewards system as well. Can’t wait to come back soon!
We were very disappointed with our experience. The store was extremely dirty and disorganized, and it looked like no one was taking care of it. The employees stayed in the back of the store most of the time while the front remained messy. It felt like cleanliness and customer service were not a priority.
Went to this Menchie’s location this afternoon for the first time. Was really impressed by the cleanliness of the establishment, the kindness of the staff and the quality of the product. Didn’t pay too much for what I got and was pleased. Definitely will be returning here for a sweet treat soon.
The owner works at the store and is very rude and micromanages the customers! Continuously yelling at you and not letting you make your own cups!
