Crew there seemed more about cleaning for closing then being customer oriented.
We come in here weekly and love Menchie’s. Unfortunately, today’s customer service lacked greatly. I was hassled for asking for a 2nd sampler cup and no effort was made to satisfy a customer.
I had an amazing experience at Menchie’s! Charlotte was absolutely amazing, her friendly attitude and customer service made our visit even better. She went above and beyond to help us and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The frozen yogurt was delicious, and the outstanding service made it even more memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back for more amazing froyo and the excellent hospitality!
