We visited with high hopes of trying the new pumpkin flavor. We weren’t 100% sure we wanted a full cup so we asked to taste test the new flavor (why buy a whole cup of a flavor we may dislike?). The employee said we couldn’t try the flavor. She wouldn’t even give us a spoon to try it in our own cup. So we drove 15 minutes to a better frozen yogurt place that allows samples and has friendlier customer service that goes above and beyond for their customers.
Refuses to let you taste test, including seasonal flavors. Not worth it when so many other places let you. Terrible costumer service, dirty inside
The best ice cream ever!!!
The frozen yogurt is bad and the person working the cash register today at around 4:30pm today (on Father’s Day) was particularly unfriendly and standoffish.
