It wasn’t just not great, but was just not good at all. The frozen yogurt had a very icy feel to it, zero smoothness to it. The flavors were bad, both we tried had a bad aftertaste. I had to seek out breath mints when we got back in the car to replace the gross taste in my mouth. Top it off with it being expensive (which would have been fine if it was anywhere near good) and tricking my wife into leaving a 15% tip, at a SELF SERVICE yogurt bar.
I was here Sunday night and ive been here multiple times and this older lady is usually here and shes always super rude and agressive for no reason. If im a paying customer, i think the manager especially should be nice and welcoming. She pretty much yelled at me as i was paying because there was some error. Idk but she should learn proper customer service and fix her tone, maybe customers wouldn’t leave bad reviews about her if she changed. A simple fix in her tone of voice can completely change someone’s experience.
