Very disappointed with my experience at Menchie’s today. I took my three children there specifically to get the Descendants Candy Apple frozen yogurt. Before getting in line, I asked the cashier if it was still available. She said she was at 40 and needed to confirm, so I patiently waited for her to check. After waiting a few minutes, I asked if she had been able to count. She then told me I was supposed to have gotten in line. Moments later, she said they were no longer available. On Friday June 12th at about 12:30 pm I took my Granddaughter to get some frozen yogurt. There was not an employee or customer in sight. The girl finally came out from the back and did not even great us. The yogurt was great as usual but the place is becoming very run down (see attached pics). We have always enjoyed our experiences there and the customer service had previously alway been great. I hope something can be done to bring this place back to where it was before.
