This is NOT a menchies, they advertise themselves as menchies but it is some disgusting place charging menchies prices. The cleanliness and service were terrible it left a bad taste in my mouth before I even ate their putrid frozen yogurt. The little boy cashier with the dangling earrings got upset because I selected no tip. They should change the name to frozen disappointment. Awesome place! Gonna come back with a friend in a bit because they haven't been to menchies! Edit: this place isn't a menchies anymore. I'm disappointed and this place was very hostile and unwelcoming. Would no longer recommend. Not even to my worst enemy. Also the owner needs to stop commenting on people's reviews with the menchies name. Their giving themself a bad image. I'm only coming back to this place if I get forced to.
I used to go to Menchie’s all the time but now with this new place it was so disgusting and unwelcoming. It felt like a big health code violation with bug zappers on top of the coolers and the toppings everywhere. On top of all this they now charge for spoons which wow really solidified me never going back again. This location is no longer a Menchie’s and is now an independent frozen yogurt business which is fine. However there are signs everywhere for surcharges and many signs saying no refunds period. It felt very hostile and unwelcoming inside. Just a month ago we went and it was great complete 180 now. As locals we will more than likely not return to this new place.
