No strawberry yogurt. Edit: Please refer to the response from the owner and note that I DID call ahead, and was told they had strawberry, and when I arrived, they did not. Is lying to customers on the phone how it works with "all frozen yogurt stores" as well?
We arrived to Menchie’s at 8:45 when closing time stated 9 on website and online. The open sign was cut off and there was not a single person inside. I have worked jobs like that, and had my manager or owner of the business found out that this occurred they would be furious. I understand it can be slow, but the fact when we pulled up there were 4 vehicles sitting out front with their yogurt and another couple sitting in the chairs is incomprehensible.
Overall experience was just okay. Probably one of the worst Menchies I’ve been at. First, it was incredible hot on the inside (maybe the AC was broken), the yogurt selection was okay, the toppings were okay, but the fruit looked like it had been sitting out all day (bad presentation). That was a bummer. One of the workers kept staring at me too which was weird and a little uncomfortable. I’m unsure if I’ll go back to this particular location.
