Walked in, looked around and walked out. First there was no chocolate yogurt. That should be a staple for a yogurt place, always available. Took a look at the toppings area and it just was too exposed and messy looking which just made me feel it was unhealthy. Also felt there wasnt much of a selection for toppings. My guest and I decided to leave and headed back to Yo Fresh.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I am truly so disappointed. I used to love this Menchie’s. I grew up going here almost weekly. Since moving away, I’ve always looked forward to coming back when I’m in town, but every single visit has been more disappointing than the last. There are never any new flavors, constantly empty machines, and many toppings missing. Tonight was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, this place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in two years. Even the outside exterior seating needs a major pressure washing. And then when asked if we had a Club card we said yes, and she bypassed it anyway.
