All of the frozen yogurts came out as liquid and half of them were not working. The toppings Looked extremely stale and the ones that needed to Be cold and were out in the open look like they have been sitting there for days. This place would be good to take your kids who are yet to understand quality and just excited to get a sweet treat however, nine dollars for my ice cream soup is not ideal
We love the food and come here on occasion but the care for the shop is not there. The “children” working here to not take pride in their work. The tables are dirty. The trash is over flowing. Floor is dirty. The crumbs on the floor. Employees no where to be found. A little girl sticking her finger in the cup to catch the extra coming out of the marshmallow topping and then sucking on it twice. Muy buena la atención, los helados y el servicio excelente. El lugar tiene suficiente espacio para sentarse y bien ambiente para conversar. Hay variedad de topping, y aceptan mascotas ;) volveremos sin dudas
Wow where to start. 0 stars if I could. It’s a Friday night they had 2 flavors working (pineapple & toasted marshmallow) the other flavors were either out or had flashing signs and were literally coming out liquid. The place was so dirty from overflowing trash cans, liquid froyo everywhere and a dirty toppings area. Of the two workers I saw, one was on their phone and the other was trying to figure out why the chocolate syrup flavor tasted weird by putting it on froyo, eating it and licking her fingers. Yikes. I’ve been here so many times and today it was ridiculously dirty!!! I do not know what is going on?!? I’ve been to cleaner gas stations bathrooms.. I came in today, Sunday August 17, 2025 at 6:30 PM I noticed The floor is so sticky and so dirty!!!! Like no one has mopped in months.. toppings & frozen yogurt all over the floor and all over the tables, Chairs, Kids toys and Games.
