I forgot to take a picture but there was a dead fly in my frozen yogurt, and some flies buzzing around my friend and I once we sat down. Place smelled funky and my friend and I started to feel queasy after eating it. Employee was nice enough to give me a refund though. Would not come here.
Sign says Fill Your Cup Tuesday and we were charged full price. Employee did nothing other than say "you would've had to tell me". We come to Menchies all the time so that was really disappointing.
You get to fill your own bowl. There are a lot of flavors and toppings to add. They also have fresh fruits and syrups. The cost is based on the weight of your bowl. It's worth it!
3 of the yogurts were liquid and there were two more that wouldn’t even dispense. Nothing was done to fix the machines. That was crazy
