the male employees exude an offensive body odor smell. In food service handling training they make it quite clear that you have to shower every day to maintain a safe food environment. I am so disgusted, nobody wants to smell that upon entering, I wish I could give ZERO stars!!!! edit: the owners reply clearly states how defensive and unprofessional this business is. the smell is NOT from outside. just call a meeting for a personal hygiene review, include wet wipes and deodorant for your employees at LEAST. this is honestly ... read more

The waffle was still, I tried to tell them and change it and they told me no, that it was not old, only from yesterday, i told them to try mine they keep saying no. I asked them to change it then no. We have been coming here for years, this is the last time.

Mal servicio de la señora que atiende, trata a las personas como si se van a robar los helado, no hemos terminado de armar todos los helado cuando ya quiere que lo pongan en el peso, solo esperamos tener todos listo para pesarlo y pagar una sola cuenta y la señora de inmediato nos abordo; Muy desagradable la experiencia. No vuelvo a ir.
