Not very pleased with the customer service I received. First time I've gone in there. I made my my cup and picked the toppings went to put some hot fudge on and it didn't work I asked the lady at the register if it was out and she said it probably was and proceeded to look back at her cell phone. She never came over to see if it was out nor offered to refill it. I asked her if she could possibly refill it and she said no because it would have to be heated. I paid for my cup and left. This place has changed so much since the original award winning owner sold it. The staff is not welcoming and doesn’t know how to communicate protocol properly. The flavors aren’t updated as frequently as they used to be. This used to be our go to place. So sad to see an award winning location go in wrong trajectory.
Great food
Vegan options!!! 4 to be exact. 3 fruity and one OATLY oat milk vanilla (I think that’s limited time - so go get it while it lasts). Wendy provided great, cheery, helpful service. She was enthusiastic! And helped us check the allergen menu.
