Well I would rate it higher but the larger male employee with glasses decided to just add a tip of 15% on his own accord instead of letting me pick whatever I wanted, which would have been no tip because what are you helping me with other than checking me out? So I had to pay 15% more. Maybe the owner should remove the tip option from the register if their employees are forcing tips.
Love it! All the flavors, great choice of toppings, quiet yet sociable atmosphere. Less than half the guilt!

I recently visited Menchie’s on Montgomery Boulevard in Albuquerque and overall had a positive experience. The frozen yogurt selection was excellent, with great flavor variety and quality toppings. The shop itself was also very clean and well-maintained, which made the visit enjoyable. That said, the customer service could use some improvement.
