Frozen yogurt is good but the staff is lazy and on their phones the entire time. I had to get their attention because they were too busy on their phones and theres 3 of them . What happened to good customer service
There were 3 young girls who appeared to be workets but all they did was stand around and talk to each other. I wasn't greeted when I walked in even though I was the only customer in the store. I was told there was no extra charge for waffle bowls, so that was nice. All the machines with the chocolate flavors were out or not working. Maybe Wednesday is not the day to go to Menchie"s.
FroYo was great, only thing I didn't enjoy was the asking for a tip after I did all the work.
I didn't like it, the place is very dirty.
