It's hot and this sounded like a treat so I went by. Seemed closed even though it should have been open? Sign off, lights off, I didn't see anyone from the outside. Disappointed.

We have been coming to this Menchies for over 12 years and have never been treated so poorly. We came in at 9:50pm (our bad as we thought menchies was open until 11pm). 3 negatives from our visit tonight. 1. After we got our frozen yogurt we got to the toppings counter. 70% of the toppings were empty. 2. Just before paying we went to get bottled waters. THE ENTIRE COOLER WAS EMPTY! 3.
