On August 29, 2025, around 2:40 PM, I visited this Menchie’s with my 4-year-old. After he had already served his cup with toppings, I was told at the register that they were not accepting cards. While I understand technical issues can happen, there was no sign posted to notify customers before serving themselves. When I pointed this out, the cashier replied that it had “just happened 30 seconds ago.” I then attempted to hand the cup back for disposal. UPDATE: Went to menchies yesterday at Lake Harbour. I've got to give a special review for the guy that was there. He was the young black guy with the Afro. Customer service was excellent!!!!! He even went so far as to suggest flavors to try. So talkative and very friendly. I told him I was definitely gonna tip him. He was great. Keep up the good work. Kudos to whoever hired this guy. My 14 year old son even mentioned how good he was.
This place smells terrible inside.
