Go in 45 minutes before closing and all but 4 flavors were out or the machine was not working if thats case just close the store. More people walking in store as we left. What was my favorite place to go but after tonight will probably be my last visit
They just cheapened the rewards on their app. So if you had a reward under the original program they took it away!

Update/Response: “not allowing it” would be asking them to stop the behavior, instead the staff was fraternizing with them while it was happening. Every business is responsible for the environment in their establishment. Your customer area is barely 200sqft, it shouldn’t be hard to maintain a healthy environment with proper management.
