As always the flavors are great but they were low on the fresh fruit and other add-ons and no one was moving to replace them. There was fruit all over the floor which isn’t just disgusting it’s also a liability. They need to step up their game
We have enjoyed Menchies since it first opened. We recently didba Spirit Night with my kiddos school and it was amazing. The staff was wonderful, very polite and attentive. They all had smiles and we're very helpful.

i had a terrible experience! me and my boyfriend went here to end date night around 9:20pm (they close at 10 on weekends) the door was unlocked but the lady proceeded to yell at us and usher us out the door quickly saying they were closed! there were multiple other customers being told the same thing when they weren’t supposed to close for another 40 minutes and the door was unlocked!
