Insanely rude staff (Jessica) and yelled at me for having the audacity to call and say the cake they gave me was completely wrong after calling multiple times to confirm the flavor. Go to any other location.
Best froyo on the planet. Straight up. EDIT: post-covid it is not the same. Less customer oriented experience. Less emphasis on making the customer satisfied and happy for repeat business. Managers no longer seems to care as much or are not empowered enough to take care of issues when they arise. Pre and post covid we had similar issues regarding mislabeled cakes and had entirely different responses then and now. I’m crazy about Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt but this location is something else. Everything is neat and tidy always we visit. The girls working there are friendly and helpful. She also offered a cup of water for my dog. Thank you
