Best froyo on the planet. Straight up. EDIT: post-covid it is not the same. Less customer oriented experience. Less emphasis on making the customer satisfied and happy for repeat business. Managers no longer seems to care as much or are not empowered enough to take care of issues when they arise. Pre and post covid we had similar issues regarding mislabeled cakes and had entirely different responses then and now. The whole corporate attitude seems to have shifted from customer experience towards profits which may have helped... read more
I’m crazy about Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt but this location is something else. Everything is neat and tidy always we visit. The girls working there are friendly and helpful. She also offered a cup of water for my dog. Thank you
Great froyo. Cashier was nice....but the tables and connect 4 game were filthy. I don't think they had enough staff to help customers and clean.
Great spot to take your kids too. But is it really to hard to wipe down the tables and swipe the sticky floor?
