I am not sure if the store sold or the management changed but this usually clean and well run store was filthy. The staff was listening to her headphones and playing on phone while trash was overflowing and nearly half the machines and most the toppings were empty. Store was not busy and there were hours left till closing. Feel sorry for anyone ending their date night at this location.

This WAS my fiancé’s favorite place. In fact, I planned to propose here, seeing as she liked it so much. However, that was quickly changed. There were multiple topping containers empty, a her favorite flavor(s) (mango tart and chocolate) were both empty. Cashier had her headphones in and was texting the entire time. She also apparently wasn’t trained to use the machine. Then, I pull out a $50 bill to pay for our yogurt. She pulls a sign from UNDER THE COUNTER, that says they accept nothing over $20 bills.
