A dozen teens walked into your store cussing and "making their selves home". They took 3 bottles of water they never paid for. All while your employee just stood their. People just got up and left.
I’ve enjoyed Menchie’s in the past, but this visit was disappointing. The vanilla snow flavor seems to have been replaced with “Vanilla Gem,” and it had very little flavor compared to the original. I also didn’t appreciate being prompted for a tip when the dining area was not clean or in order, especially since it was not busy. Just sharing honest feedback and hoping the quality and overall experience improve.
I came here with my partner today around 2:30pm. I didn't order anything here, but we came inside to view the flavors to see if we wanted to. The place looked unkempt and the paint was chipping from the doors. In addition to not having many flavors, we were just stared at by the young worker the entire time.
