I love menchies! This is my favorite shop, the toppings are always full and usually I can get the flavors I love. I've bought 2 cakes there within the last month, they're so good! Only reason they dont get 5 stars is because the older female employee there is VERY rude, she has super poor customer service and is always in a bad mood for whatever reason. Lots of flavors and toppings. Cakes and pints of ice cream also. Super clean. The gentleman at the cashier was very helpful even provided is cups for tasting. Thank you.
Don’t trust their store hours. They close at 8pm, not 9. I told the owner their online hours were wrong about 2 years ago and they said they’d change it. Just wasted another trip here because they haven’t fixed it. Annoying.
I went in to try the flavor of the month and when I asked about it the owner was rude. I will never visit this location again.
