Our visit to Menchie’s last Saturday night was extremely disappointing. I came in with my three children around 8:15 p.m. They’d been excited about this treat all day. While paying, the two younger ones accidentally dropped their Menchie’s cups on the floor. Right in front of the cashier. What was most upsetting was the complete lack of empathy or customer service.
