You know I visit this location at least twice a month and this time I was unpleasantly surprised when I bit into a huge piece of hard plastic in my ice cream. I called the store to notify them and they seemed very unconcerned and dismissed my call. Very disappointed.
We love Menchie’s, their frozen yogurt is so good! It's my daughter's favorite, and we come every week! I just wish they did catering because they want it for their wedding.
Lillian is THE BEST!! She is always so sweet and smiley! Clone her!! Plus I LOVE the "Tart" flavor!! This reminds me of way back when frozen yogurt first started out in little health food shops and actually tasted like YOGURT!! Thank you for making this flavor!!! 😍🥰🍦
Fro-yo was great, employees were nice and restaurant was clean.
