The employee that was working on January 18th 2026 at closing shift gave us the biggest eye roll and attitude when when we walked in
Wonderful service was great ice cream great workers she was hard worker and amazing
Very unprofessional experience. I was ignored when I asked a simple question, and the staff appeared dismissive when I walked in. Overall, it did not feel welcoming or professional.
I came to menchies for my birthday with my friends. We crossed the US / Canadian border because we don’t have one in Canada. The service was absolutely atrocious. If a buisness says they are open till 11:00pm your employees should have a smile on their face till 11:00pm. Regardless, we walked in at 10:40pm just to get tiny bowls. The workers rolled their eyes, did not greet or speak to us, etc. my friend asked a question in which she did not get a response from either of the girls working.
