After making my ice cream I wanted to mix up the toppings before putting sauce on top. A little personal quirk. The employee refused to let me use a spoon to mix it. I told him that I would obviously pay for it and include the weight of the spoon if he wanted, but he still refused. So I set the bowl down and left it be. Policies are one thing, but common sense is another. So now instead of having a loyal customer, you have wasted product, one less family visiting, and this review. All for a spoon. Ever been to an ice cream shop were you can’t taste flavors that you want to eat, well this is the place for you, Never coming back. I dont want to be forced to buy something i might not like the taste of What a stupid business decision by the owner.

Mixed feelings.. idk if it was because I had questions no one could answer avaliable or how I miss read the steps and out come. I feel it could be hands down amazing but because the lack of customer interaction from the employees this visit as being my first visit was not clutch
