I don’t know if all the staff is trained to be rude or if it’s just good ol’ traditional racism, but I’ve yet to have a pleasant experience with anyone working there. No one is ever at the counter upon arrival, they come out, don’t speak. Not a single person has ever greeted me and my guests kindly and never with a smile and definitely never welcoming. I’ve patronized maybe 4-5 times and that’s been enough, can’t say I didn’t try.
The one rating is due to TERRIBLE customer service! My daughter had been telling me about this place and how good the frozen yogurt was,I was off tues 3/17 and had to pick up my glasses in the same area as Menchie's so my daughter treated me, we walk in no one is at the register and about a min later a young lady walks from the back, didn't greet us, didn't say one word, just looked at us like she was annoyed that we were there, the look on her face was very unpleasant, we proceed to fix our yogurt I went to turn the handle ... read more
