I reached out twice regarding an issue with points that were not credited to my account after my visit, and it has now been over a week with no response whatsoever. I even have my receipt and provided the information needed to resolve the issue. I came here with my daughter for her birthday and the place as a great atmosphere and the young woman working was pleasant and kind, and was fine wirh me trying samples of the flavors, and i cant tell you how refreshing it was to see a place that is staffing the right personalities for the establishment. I woupd teccomend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing late night treat with family. The dessert we maxe were spectacular! Good Times
