How are you going to post about a Back to School event from 3-5pm and then the ice cream character isn't even there at 430 when we arrived? Furthermore the guy behind the counter made it sound like I couldn't download the app to get points for today's purchase because "it takes too long." What a horrible experience. My 4 year old has been waiting to meet the character bc she saw him on their Instagram page and now her day is ruined. Thanks a lot.
Before today, I was a loyal customer who always treated this wonderful Menchie's establishment with respect. Today, however, my opinion changed.
