Before today, I was a loyal customer who always treated this wonderful Menchie's establishment with respect. Today, however, my opinion changed. As soon as I walked in, I had a feeling something bad was going to happen. When I asked, "Could I please have a sample cup?" the worker seemed very hesitant but eventually gave me one. They have some great options and lots of toppings to choose from. The price is a little high so unfortunately we won't visit much.
The best Frozen Yogurt in the world, I absolutely loved going to Menchie's. it was an extraordinary experience! The staff was super friendly, and I was fascinated by the huge variety of toppings and frozen yogurt flavors available—in fact, I tried them all! Haha. From now on, this will be my favorite place.

Employees were screaming the entire time talking with friends that aren’t workers. So loud the music couldn’t be heard. Felt bad for the families there trying to talk. Good ice cream though!
