Came in at around 6:00pm today. It was overwhelming, crowded full of very rude people and teens. On my way out a mother and son stopped just before coming in. So generally I thought oh they’re waiting for me to come out. Boy was I wrong! I open the door and they both decided they are going to force me out of the way and bully their way inside. Watch the cashier when you pay, they automatically add a tip without giving you the option. This has happened to us twice.

I use to love coming here with my kids for a nice treat. But it’s been getting increasingly dirty. I know it’s usually manned by young adults, possibly students. But what does it take to throw a broom, mop, or disinfectant cleaner on the floors and counters? It’s really bad. They probably wouldn’t pass an inspection. (Also, chairs are broken which is a liability)
