We come around 8 pm and there is never any flavors that we like available. The employees just sit there and allow the flavors to run out for whatever reason which makes no sense because ethe business of this place is to sell frozen yogurt until the doors close. Disappointing service, atmosphere, waste of time driving here.

The ice cream tipped over on the scale, and instead of handling it properly, the worker picked it up with his bare hands and put a piece back into my cup. I still had to pay for the portion that had spilled on the scale. Horrible customer service — at the very least, they could have cleaned the scale before weighing so I wasn’t charged for food I wouldn’t eat, or offered to let me pour the rest myself.

4 employees standing in the cashier area talking, not paying attention to the customers etc. The dry bar area was messy and some needed to be filled back up. Some of the machines weren’t working properly. They couldn’t answer questions about the flavors. The only good part was the yogurt that was working was delicious as usual.
