4 employees standing in the cashier area talking, not paying attention to the customers etc. The dry bar area was messy and some needed to be filled back up. Some of the machines weren’t working properly. They couldn’t answer questions about the flavors. The only good part was the yogurt that was working was delicious as usual.

I drove over 30 minutes based on their website, which advertised numerous vegan options. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the only thing available was sorbet. When I brought this up, I was questioned about whether I had checked the correct website—only to show the staff their own site, which clearly listed multiple vegan choices. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing. As a business, it’s your responsibility to ensure your website reflects accurate, up-to-date information. On a recent movie trip we stopped in for some yogurt. The staff was friendly, the yogurt options were good, toppings on point, and the store was clean. I love the waffle chips - they are a nice touch as I haven’t seen those in other Menchies that I’ve gone to. Bravo!!!!
