This review is specifically for the owner/management. I really enjoy your frozen yogurt. The reason I am giving this business 1-star is for one major reason that can be resolved fairly quick (if so, I will gladly revise my review to 5-stars). I believe I am qualified to make these statements due to my previous experience working in a restaurant industry. Menchie's is an ice cream shop. A self-service ice cream shop. A very cute place. Lots of flavors and a wide selection of toppings. They have 3 different sauces as well. We tried the original, chocolate, strawberry and tiramisu flavors. They were good.
