El lugar estaba muy sucio, las máquinas llenas de yogurt, varios de los sabores de yogurt estaban vacíos y otros el yogurt salía líquido. En la barra de ingredientes había un batidero. El piso estaba pegajoso y sucio con yogurt y los ingredientes por todo lados. Los empleados estaban peleándose entre ellos y no había nadie en la caja y los empleados estaban muy groseros.
