I had an amazing experience at Menchies Sugarland. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me pick the perfect froyo flavor and toppings. The store was spotless, and I loved how well-organized everything was. Definitely coming back for more!

Pretty dirty interior for a froyo spot. You can't grab sample cups freely, you have to ask one of the workers to give you some. The Menchies in Aliana Richmond looks soo much nicer and cleaner. The froyo that I've got here was already melting quickly. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back to this sugar land location. During transaction, it makes you feel like you're obligated to tip with no option of "0". Which is weird to see

I love Menchie’s, truly. I get it, a lot of teenagers work there and they want to go home early. But as of recently, every time I go around 7pm on a weekday they are closed. The lights are all on, the sign literally says open, and I can see them through the windows yet the door is locked! Sometimes I just really want froyo at night, but their times are so unreliable! Please fix this because I love this place sooo much.

It was OK. We went at night, which was a bad idea. They had all the soft serve in stock, but it was busy in there so the sides were messy and gross and out of stock. But overall, I’d go back here on a less busy day. My only recommendation is to have a better variety of dairy free options.

Just left and the employees were very nice and welcoming, the one girl she told me her name was Kai made us feel welcomed and I definitely will be coming back. Everything was fresh and up to standards!
