The store was very messy. Many of the toppings were empty it looked like nobody had taken care of the mess in a while. Tables and chairs were also dirty which made me not want to stay to eat it. The cups were low and there wasn’t any waffle cups which I love to get at different stores. The pineapple flavor wasn’t working and when we checked out the register was asking a random question not relating to froyo at all. The girl working was very sweet which I did like.
They were friendly and the place was fairly clean. Little small and one the levers didn't work. But over all great experience.
I usually really love this Menchies, and the girls that work here are really kind. Today I did have a negative experience. I came in with my friend and there was no workers inside. We were inside for about 10 minutes getting yogurt and no employees came to help us until we were trying to check out. We hung around outside and ate our yogurt and came back in and still, the girl who was working was nowhere to be found.
