I recently worked with this location on a fundraiser and I couldn't have been more pleased! The store was clean, the staff inviting, and the customer service was wonderful! Add that to the delicious flavors and toppings...What an awesome experience!
Walked up to see a crowd waiting around the door at 12:10pm and nobody was even in the store. Not sure what’s going on with this place.
This location has sadly gone way downhill. They need proper air ventilation & purifiers, because the chemical smell from the nail salon next door is overwhelming as soon as you walk into Menchie’s. There are multiple machines down every time we go in, and they never seem to have any more sugar-free flavors in stock (the main reason we used to go). Even the vanilla handle wasn’t working properly today, and it was coming out weird and yellow looking. My son also found a little bug inside one of the sample cups. Lately the staf... read more
This location is in need of a deep clean. Floors are sticky, tables sticky. Staff wipes down tables with a dirty cloth. Management really needs to step it up. Every surface is sticky it’s gross.
