This location has sadly gone way downhill. They need proper air ventilation & purifiers, because the chemical smell from the nail salon next door is overwhelming as soon as you walk into Menchie’s. There are multiple machines down every time we go in, and they never seem to have any more sugar-free flavors in stock (the main reason we used to go). This location is in need of a deep clean. Floors are sticky, tables sticky. Staff wipes down tables with a dirty cloth. Management really needs to step it up. Every surface is sticky it’s gross.

Drove 30 mins only to walk in and half the machines are broken.
This has to be the worst memchies of all. I have tried five or six times now and every time there is a group of people who walk in and walk out because the machines are always broken and when they work they are dispensing liquid and not frozen yogurt. The strawberry tonight was not even the right color. Do yourself a favor and goto sr 70 it's worth the drive and you don't get sick.
