They made my cake wrong also it was sour,i talked to owner on the phone and didnt expect anything from them no refund or nothing ,i was trying to explain her saying that "next time pls be carefull for your other customers",she didnt even apologize from me ,she didnt even listento me,but i am so sorry that if they continue like this they will definetly loose alot of customers because the way she talked to me so shame ,very cheap way and i never get threated im this way.,
Their ice cream is simply exquisite. They have many varieties, and above all, they use very fresh, high-quality ingredients. They also have great customer service and a very respectful manner of speaking. The place is very organized and pleasant. 100% recommendend
Love Menchie's Been coming here since my kids were little. Do have to say I will love for menchie's to recycle their plastic spoons. They all end up in the trash
