This location is absolutely disgusting and likely needs the health department called on them. Literally every surface in this establishment is inexcusably dirty, from the sidewalk outside to the bathrooms, there is nothing that was clean. My child also got sick several hours after we got froyo here and I have no doubt it was from the unsanitary conditions. If the establishment is that disgusting, I can't imagine they are cleaning / maintaining the frozen yogurt machines as they should be. We will not be back to this location... read more
This location is disgusting and so gross. One of the teenage girls that work there came in from outside and dropped her phone from her armpit onto the yogurt scale. One of the girls made it comment that it always stinks in the back and the other girl said that it was sewer backing up in the sink. Then they proceeded to clean out one of the machines with a dirty bucket of water. The health department needs to look into this location as this is all extremely unsanitary. So incredibly disappointing the way this place has gone downhill. It is absolutely filthy and the workers are standing around chatting and looking at their phones rather than cleaning anything. The chairs, floors, walls and tables are all covered in dirt/ice cream/? There are dirty chairs and tables stacked inside haphazardly in the walkway. Unfortunately we won’t be returning here due to concern for how well the food equipment is actually cleaned/maintained.
This location is frequently out of several flavors and the facility (chairs, bathrooms) is frequently dirty.
We love coming to menchies! They have get flavors and a super friendly staff. Good treat anytime of the year.
