I am very frustrated by my experience at this location tonight. I spend alot of money here for my family and this evening when I came in the girls were more interested in there phones and having conversations than making sure the machines were working. My children and I tried to get 4 different flavors and all were not working. When I asked if they could help they rolled there eyes at me and said it would be 7 minutes any of the flavors we wanted. Hard to rate if you're not open. It's 4:25 pm Friday November 31, 2025. Your hours show you close at 9:00. You can't make $$$$ and pay the rent by being closed
Busy Friday night and employees are sitting in the counter on their phones. Store was trashed and they were out of several toppings. Last time we go there. Owner doesn’t seem to care seeing as there have been so many 1 star reviews over several months.
The froyo is always refreshing and delicious and the staff are friendly!
