I love the staff at this location and visit often with my kids. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the lack of flavors, and my favorite ones have been broken the last few times. The staff is always very friendly.
My daughter, 3, loves coming here. And I don’t blame her, who doesn’t love some froyo?! There’s very good topping selections, decent flavor options. I have also always had a great experience with the employees, they smile, they thank us, they greet us, etc. but this location is in desperate need of a deep clean and new furniture. The bathroom is so gross, the walls in the store have splatter, peeling paint. Chairs and tables are just stained and gross. And the machines always need to be restarted and refrozen. This location needs a lot of work. 2 stars because of location and my daughter loves coming here. The machine for the vanilla always has to be restarted. There’s even a note to ask an employee for help with it. They do not sell cakes here, and I would be worried to order one to be honest, unless it came from another location. The sign for the cake refrigerator is broken and says “AKES.” This store is ran by teenagers, which is fine, but most of them are on their cell phones or hiding in the back.
