The frozen yogurt was so yummy loved the flavors & the toppings. Every time I’ve gone in the employees are very welcoming and friendly.
Young teenagers are not very friendly, they dont greet you or say to much when you are paying and leaving
The place was just filthy. The floor was dirty, the tables outside were dirty. The toppings bar was dirty and some of them empty. Meanwhile, the two employees were just casually talking and laughing and really not paying attention or not caring about the cleanliness of the place. I have been to many Menchie’s and this is the first time I’m disappointed about a location, not only about cleanliness but also about the bad shape.
I love the store overall, but today Sunday 07/13/2025 three ladies that were in the cashiering area started to laugh at me while I was checking out my 2 Ice creams, I always go to the store and receive good service; but these three employees made me feel uncomfortable.
