The Menchies in Richmond is excellent. It is the one on Blundell & 2 Road and I have been to this Menchies location three times, since it opened last fall.
I went with two rambunctious kids.Delicious flavours & endless choices. It's expensive & kids will go crazy choosing from the toppings. I went with a 50% off coupon from the entertainment book but the clerk & manager refused to honour it because it wasn't in their computer system. They argued & I told them it was valid and should be entered manually. I paid & then as eating the manager called the owner & said it was valid but only offered me a coupon of 50% off a future visit.
