Very disappointed in this experience. They decided to close 15 minutes early after we drove an hour!! Told the woman to please let us grab some fast and she didn’t even come to the door to talk to us. So rude horrible service to customers. She told me to come back tomorrow morning. Lazy workers.
I didn’t realize Menchie’s was under royal ownership, but the manager or whom ever was working there tonight made it clear this was her kingdom. Refused to accept my valid coupon, lectured me about “her store,” and insisted I toss the cream she was not letting me have. Quite the display of customer service excellence.
