This is a really cool spot, For someone who loves frozen yogurt and treats it like a well deserved treat, It was almost rewarding to know all of the machines were fuctional and I could try which ever flavour I wanted, I personally am not big on toppings, but the topping bar looked clean and tidy, what I love about this place is just how peaceful it is to sit outside and enjoy the changing weather, Its definetely become my go to spot and I was encouraged to download the app to collect points on, The owners seem involved with ... read more
Terrible customer service. Staff was extremely rude. The male behind the counter had an attitude the entire time and seemed as if my purchase was an inconvenience.
Minchi’s Frozen Yogurt is hands-down one of our family’s favorite spots in Pearland. The shop is always spotless, and it’s clear the owner takes real pride in keeping everything clean, organized, and welcoming. There’s a wide variety of flavors to choose from and the toppings are always fresh. The customer service is consistently friendly and you can tell the staff has been trained well.
