Terrible customer service. Staff was extremely rude. The male behind the counter had an attitude the entire time and seemed as if my purchase was an inconvenience.
Minchi’s Frozen Yogurt is hands-down one of our family’s favorite spots in Pearland. The shop is always spotless, and it’s clear the owner takes real pride in keeping everything clean, organized, and welcoming. There’s a wide variety of flavors to choose from and the toppings are always fresh. The customer service is consistently friendly and you can tell the staff has been trained well. Everything is delicious! The restrooms are clean, and the customer service is great.
