Every time I come to this location, it’s always clean and organized. The vibe in this Menchies is so cute and the froyo is delicious! What disappoints me is that every time I come to this store, there’s always entitled and rude customers. I always see the employees get mistreated often by entitled customers and spread lies on the reviews. My heart breaks for them. I hope the owner puts stricter restrictions/security in order to protect their employees. Other than that, this is the best froyo place in town !
We visited this location with our daughter on Tuesday, March 10th at 8:12 PM. Unfortunately, we’ve come to expect little to no greeting or customer service when we visit this store, and this trip was no different. What made this visit particularly frustrating was that the employee at the counter was on a FaceTime call the entire time we were there. At one point, my wife used the chocolate syrup pump for our daughter’s frozen yogurt and it sprayed all over both of their shirts, ruining them. The employee at the counter paid n... read more
Love the yogurt, but they had a buy one get one half off and the tubs where half full.
The tip screen got skipped by the employee twice with a 18% tip. They are automatically tipping themselves!!!! I call that stealing!
