Always a pleasant experience! The frozen yogurt is delicious.
They closed the restrooms before 10pm and wouldn’t let my 4 year old go to the restroom. And were very irritated that we were in here and started to shut down machines while customers were still choosing flavors. Very very unhappy with tonight’s service and this isn’t the first time my family has had issues here. Last time my daughter asked for a cup and the employee was so rude telling her to just grab it was they stacked it over 5 foot tall. Never coming back.
Walked in and no one was here to greet us. Helped ourselves, got the bowls and my little one poured the wrong flavor, so I took a spoon to scoop out the little bit she put in her bowl. The girl finally came out and immediately said “don’t grab a spoon.” Not “how can I help you?” Or “Welcome in!” Nothing. Very poor customer service. We won’t be returning!
I walked in and thought it was a full self service. The staff doesn't speak, acknowledge or greet anyone. Wouldn't refill or retrieve more Oreo crumbs. The store is not sanitary. This visit was my second time going and wasn't impressed. Bring your own wipes.
