Terrible experience. The owner's service is equal to her view of things; a joke! All I did was a pre-paid drop off. I can't imagine asking for a full service. Scary.
Horrible service, every time. Rented a mailbox here, prepaid for a full year, three months later they were trying to bill me for renewal already. Six months later, and they still put the previous tenants mail in my box. They ignore you when you need to pick up a package and get mad if you help yourself. Both their sign in the front window AND their website state they ship via ups, when I showed up with a ups dropoff she said they dont do ups.
