Very heavy handed, practically ripped my hair out, my scalp has been sore for well over 8 hours. They were not gentle at all and practically slapped my head as they put the deep conditioner on. Usually I’d leave but I really needed my hair done. I’ve came here years ago and never got this kind of treatment. Also, my scalp was tingling from the conditioner. Idk what that was about. But they will be hearing from me if I find out my hair was permed.
The stylist Nina did an exceptional job with my hair color. The color is extraordinary and she took the time to help me select the color most appropriate for my skin tone.
