Guys judge for yourself. I was there Saturday evening on 7/19 and I watched something that pissed me off. A young lady was not satisfied with her hair coloring and didn’t want to pay. Of course the greedy bastards made her pay and Mena, the owner, had the nerves to have the receptionist call the police because she was refusing to pay.
